Data we collect
Patente Smart does not require an account. You can keep practicing without signing in. Study data is mainly stored on your device, including progress, mistakes, favorites, mock exam records, direction training results, settings, and reminder preferences.
Supported account-enabled versions can use Apple or Google sign-in. We use Supabase Auth to create or manage your account and may store your email address, Apple relay email, Google account email, user ID, avatar URL, and required session information. The current Android version does not require sign-in.
This version does not collect location, contacts, phone, or health data and does not use advertising tracking.
Sign-in
In account-enabled versions, Apple sign-in and Google sign-in are used for account creation, learning record sync, and account management. You can also continue without signing in. Current progress, mistakes, and favorites are mainly stored locally on your device.
Notifications
The app can provide daily practice reminders. Notifications start only after you allow them. You can turn reminders off in the app or disable notification permission in system settings.
AI and network services
When you use AI Teacher, the app sends the relevant learning context, your question text, and images you choose to upload to our secure API to generate learning explanations. Official answers remain based on the local question database; AI is used only as a study aid.
When you submit question feedback, the feedback content is sent to our server to help fix question, translation, keyword, image, or explanation issues.
Payments
Digital membership features are processed by Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit on App Store versions or Google Play Billing on Android. Payments, refunds, and purchase records are handled by the corresponding app store.
Deleting data
You can delete your cloud sign-in account from the app settings. Deleting the app removes local study records stored on your device.
